Oh, Nina! This was bound to happen!
This was inevitable after the phrase infuriating man! came to mind, very loudly, when I was twixt waking and sleeping.
And gosh, I hope I got the episode number right!

“Infuriating man!” Nina mutters as she turns to go back into the pub. However, foot poised, she stops and has a mouthful of wine from the glass in her hand.
She pockets her phone and mumbles an apology to the man walking out with his girlfriend. She lowers her foot and stands outside, her back to the wall. It’s cool; she can feel that through her shirt. But how could he say she makes conversations difficult?
Another sip of wine and she knows someone will come looking for her soon; she should go back in.
So there’s another mouthful of wine; her glass is almost empty. She needs the fortification the wine gives. So what if she’s drunk? It’s not as if she was almost married, after all!
What an infuriating man!
Her mind, she notes, has circled all the way back to Patrick. God knows what Kim and Zara told him about her and Chris; they must’ve had fun telling Fraser.
How had they told Fraser about her and Chris?
She finishes the wine at the thought of Chris. “That’s history,” she tells herself firmly. “No use thinking about Chris.”
Or Fraser, her mind pops in.
“Oh, God,” she groans, tilting her head against the wall. “Don’t start thinking about Fraser. Not now.”
Not when he’d seen Tammy’s half-ex-fiancé-husband in her apartment. What a mess that had been. Poor Jimmy.
At the thought of Jimmy, she straightens, pushing away from the wall. “He’s an infuriating man,” she declares once more and turns to re-enter the pub (successfully this time).
